Reporting
Lewis Home Inspection, LLC follows state standards for home inspection reporting. The Home Inspection Report is written from the CT and MA State Stands of Practice. The Buyer is provided with a copy of the State Standards of Practice in CT and MA. RI is not regulated; however RI customers receive the benefit of a Home Inspection Report written from CT and MA State Standards of Practice. A single family home will take 2 to 3 hours to inspect. Approximately 200 items are inspected. The report is 15 pages. Specific defects are noted in the report and major defects are listed in the report summary. The report is available on site after the inspection or on line the same day. Pictures of major visual defects are emailed the same day of the inspection.

Price Quotes
Single family home mechanical structural inspection is $250, (add $50 per unit for investment properties). Full inspection package on a single family home includes mechanical structural, wood destroying insect, basic water quality, water flow, radon in water and radon in air for $550. Call or fill out the Request an Inspection form for individual pricing on additional services if you don't need the full package. You will receive your quote within within a few hours. We accept Master Card, Visa, check or cash.
